[NSFW] About my Nude Artwork

As you might notice, I create my own artwork, and some of it includes nudity or at least an overkill of bare skin. And people might wonder about this, thinking I’m some crazed sex maniac. Truth is, I’m not.

First of all, I consider the human body to be a work of art all by itself, regardless of it’s shape. As you consider how a complete body once started as a single cell, that was created by combining one cell from your mother and one from your father, then it’s nothing less than a miracle that it developed in something that’s now reading this text. Just think about that for a moment, and just respect yourself for this.

And it doesn’t matter if you have flaws in or on your body. Most art isn’t perfect anyways. It might be a zit on your forehead to a missing limb or worse. It doesn’t matter, since your body still allows you to follow this discussion. The human body is a miracle, which I like to worship. And although most of the models I use have a perfect shape, that’s just because I want my art to look appealing to others too, even though I don’t care about those looks. Besides, I try to make my models prettier than humanly possible so even the prettiest among us will realize they have flaws too.

Then again, some of my models do have pointy elves ears. And sometimes I add a few more minor deformities to my art. It just adds to the fun of surprising the viewer with something unexpected, although I don’t add such surprises very often. I also avoid models having huge breasts since, to be honest, anything over a double-D could be hazardous to women and I don’t want to encourage this whole melons-race. Small is beautiful too. Women shouldn’t hide behind two huge balls just to think they’re pretty. They just are!

So, here’s Aisha on a car. The car is only partially visible because I wanted to focus on Aisha instead. There’s a lot of shining metal in this image but if you’re a guy, you’ve probably noticed she’s not wearing any panties, right?

While Aisha is pretty and bottomless, she does have a few, serious flaws. Her legs and right arm are replaced by mechanical or cybernetic limbs. She’s a triple amputee, but fortunately Science allowed her to replace those missing limbs with new, better ones. Thus, Aisha is a very interesting model to use in my artwork.

Of course, there’s also a version where she still has her normal legs. I even have a version of her where all her limbs were normal, which allows me to create some historic images of her. Yet, because of all the shiny metal, I like the image on the left more. If I want to see skin, well… I already made plenty of those images…

In the image on the right you’ll also see Tamara. And the image looks almost very decent, until you zoom in on the clothes. Aisha has a few tears in her bikini but it barely covers up all the right places. Tamara’s clothing is a fishnet so more is definitely visible there!

Tamara is also a bit of a favorite of mine. Her looks are young and her red hair does make her more interesting. Somehow, women with red hair always tend to get more attention than others. So, let’s take a look at another Tamara…

In this image, I focused on the redness of her hair, while Ophira, who sits in the background, has a light skin and light haircolor that will bring her some additional attention of the viewer too. Especially when you notice the chain on her neck, indicating that she’s just a slave, property of someone else. But more Ophira later, Tamara first!

Tamara is pretty because she has freckles in her face. And to some, freckles are considered a flaw. Many people have them, but most models are without them because it’s more difficult to work around them when applying make-up. Models with freckled faces do exist, though.

I like this image also because the shadow of the window falls on her body, making it appear as if she’s wearing a belt.

On the right, Ophira again with Kaelin. Kaelin has a few clothing malfunctions exposing more skin than she’s supposed to. Unfortunately, this image has several flaws but because of the waves in the background I don’t want to fix those. It took two days to render this! But hey, if you don’t notice the minor flaws then it’s a pretty image. Since you can see Ophire a bit more up-close now, you’ll also notice that she’s not just a slave-girl, she also has a few piercings and a tattoo. These are normally self-inflicted flaws on the human body, although with Ophira one might suggest that her master forced those upon her. And that might make you rethink the whole slavery principle, since it also means that your master can force all kinds of body modifications upon you.

It’s actually what we do to our pets and cattle too! Castration is very common among cattle and pets. Cattle also get earmarks while pets might get chips inserted into their bodies so they can be identified. Sometimes, ears, tails and/or nails are removed just because that looks prettier on our animals, but consider this: would you do the same to another human?

And then there’s Iona, on the left. She’s hooked! I’ve created the original model almost 4 years ago, and rendered her completely with Poser. But that’s not this version. Here, I’ve used Vue to generate a more appealing background and to get her closer to the water surface. You might wonder how she’s able to breathe underwater. But hey, I don’t worry about that!

In all of these images, I went for the interesting scene first. In some, I added clothing to make things more interesting, only to add a few flaws to those clothes again for even more interesting effects. The lack of clothes do make the posing easier while the ripped clothes also allow me to hide minor flaws, simply because pieces of clothes are missing.

It isn’t easy to avoid flaws in my artwork. Pieces of body tend to stick right through the strangest places, like e.g. a left foot through the floor of a boar. Clothes add to this complexity and can sometimes obscure those flaws.

With the left foot, the cause of the flaw was simple. The models were already on the boat but I didn’t like the location so I moved them in Vue. Slightly more forwards, a bit up and done! Except for some minor flaws that could have been avoided if I’d kept them in their original positions.

What is important in mu art isn’t the nudity. The nudity makes it interesting to look at, but it’s not why I create them. I create images where the background is also important. Where lighting and reflections plat a big part. And I try to add a bit of fun to my artwork, trying to avoid things to become pornography. It’s art! It’s nudity, often in a way that it almost seems natural.
